Religious Education
“And with complete assurance and without hindrance he proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ.”
This final statement from the Acts of the Apostles reminds us of the importance of teaching and sharing our faith with our community and all who are open to the Word of the Lord. Here at St. Gerald Church, we have religious education available to children at the elementary and middle school levels. In addition, classes to prepare for the sacrament of Confirmation are open to children in the 7th and 8th grades. Adult education is available through parish and vicariate-wide bible study, guest speakers, and for those interested in becoming Catholic.
Faith Formation
Classes for children in grades 1-8 (including sacramental preparation for reconciliation/Eucharist and confirmation) are offered on Monday evenings September-April. See the Registration Booklet for more information and to register.
